The Weslo Cadence G 5.9 is another slight variation on the other $299 Weslo treadmills. This machine has the same over-rated, underpowered 2.25HP motor and an extremely flimsy rail design. The platform and running surface on this machine are very weak and the treadbelt was quite slick. The warranty on this machine is only a 1year motor 90 days parts/labor which is very poor compared to most treadmill manufacturers. The Cadence G 5.9 is a very low end machine and should not be considered if you plan to run on your treadmill, this machine will only hold up to light use and walking.

Consider that spending $299 on a treadmill will usually result in a disappointing experience. When it comes to fitness and working out, it is very important to have a machine that gets the job done reliability and comfortably, the Cadence G 5.9 will do neither of these. Therefore, we do not recommend this treadmill.
