Bodyguard T240S Treadmill

The T240S treadmill from Bodyguard is a mid-level machine designed to offer users a simplistic yet long-lasting design. The Bodyguard is well decently well and uses mid-range components. The feature set on the T240S is pretty basic as it is the least expensive Bodyguard treadmill in the lineup. Despite the limited features, the treadmill does operate as expected. The 2.75HP provides sufficient power; however, we feel heavier users may put a strain on it. The treadmill is a nice size and users seemed to enjoy the overall operation of the machine.

In the end the T240s is a solid treadmill; however, for the over $2,000 price tag this machine is a bit lacking in the feature realm. We would like see more preset programs as the basic 5 programs feels a bit limited. Also, while the warranty is great on this machine, we feel the overall “bang for your buck” is not very good. If feature sets and preset workouts are not a big concern of your then this machine will last you quite a while; however, if you are looking for just a little more out of your treadmill purchase consider a different manufacturer that offers beefier feature sets.
