Weslo is owned by Icon Health and Fitness Company. Weslo is a sub-entry level manufacturer that offers seemingly feature rich treadmills at bargain prices. Don't be fooled by this brand as almost every one of the machines in this price are designed for very light use and lack basic quality standards. However, if you need a very cheap treadmill for light use and walking then you may find what you need from Weslo, but do not expect it to last very long.
